FAQ For Exhibitors

Q. I’m one of the exhibitors. When can I unload my exhibits and other materials to the exhibition hall?

A. At least one day before the show after 2pm.

Q. Where can I obtain my parking coupons for my vehicle during the show days?

A. A 7-day season parking will be charged by the venue owner, Singex Venues Pte Ltd. Kindly proceed to the carpark kiosk located at Hall 5, and request for further details.

Q. I would be bringing my NETS, Credit Card machines and Tel / Fax machines to the show. How do I activate them?

A. There is a standard application form by StarHub / SingTel for using this temporary lines. We will fax / e-mail you the details upon request.

Q. I need extra fixtures, electrical power-points, spotlights to enhance my booth. Are there any charges?

A. You can request from us or direct to our Official Booth Contractor prior to the show. Charges are minimal.

Q. I’m a foreign exhibitor. I need to bring my goods and exhibit materials to your show. What shall I do?

A. We have our Official Freight Forwarder. Kindly give us your details such as your name, passport no. and the nature of goods so that we can expedite the process.
